Purpose Statement

The Northwest Arkansas Naturals are seeking an Account Executive/Gameday Coordinator.  This individual will work directly with management to Identify, evaluate, and sell potential clients relative to tickets, groups, suites and sponsorship opportunities

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

•    Identify, evaluate, and sell potential clients relative to tickets, groups, suites and sponsorship opportunities
•    Prospecting, qualifying leads and setting face-to-face appointments for new business 
•    Maintain electronic account records in CRM for all clients and prospects
•    Manage client relationships and drive the follow up for future marketing programs
•    Organize meetings with clients to assess needs and present opportunities 
•    Provide superior customer service to clients and prospects
•    Represent the team at various promotional events
•    Assist department head with recruitment, training, and supervision of the game-day staff
•    As requested, help with game-day staff scheduling, working within set budgets
•    Responsible for distribution and record-keeping of staff uniforms.
•    Responsible for quality control of staff during games and events, ensuring policies and procedures are being followed 
•    Administer staff engagement and recognition plan over the course of the season
•    Work within a team environment to achieve common team goals 
 

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Skills preferred:

  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn and master new software programs as necessary
  • Consistent, punctual and regular attendance
  • Professional image and demeanor
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Experience preferred:

  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing within sport and entertainment venues
  • High level of demonstrated professionalism, integrity and ability to maintain sensitive information and appropriate decorum
  • One (1) year work experience in sales and customer service preferred
