Residing in the Customer Finance Organization, the Lifecycle Analyst Lead manages a territory’s or group of customers’ asset records for the lifecycle of the contract and/or T&M service events to ensure maximum revenue recognition and customer satisfaction.
Further, the Lifecycle Analyst Lead will support in driving financial KPIs, be the lead or subject matter expert on particular topics (like complex contracts or service billing), develop proposals for process improvements and oversee implementation, provide training, represent LCO during cross-departmental projects, help the team with prioritization and distribution of workload.

A proactive Lead Lifecycle Analyst with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of finance and accounting, responsible for managing the end-to-end order-to-invoice process for asset, service contract, and T&M transactions. Skilled in building collaborative relationships across departments, driving operational KPIs, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and leading process improvements. Experienced in training development and administration, as well as implementing digitalization projects using tools like Robotic Process Automation, Power BI, and Winshuttle to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows. This is an individual contributor position.

As a Lead, you will ensure that all operational KPIs align with organizational expectations. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating cross-functional efforts (including work on SAP projects), identifying opportunities for process optimization, and fostering effective communication between teams to achieve shared goals. You will support the development and administration of training programs across the organization to enhance skills and knowledge. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order-to-invoice process with external customers for asset, service contract, and T&M transactions. In this role, you will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as Sales Representatives, Regional Service Managers, Performance Controlling, and Business Units to effectively manage our zone.
 

  • A solid understanding of IFRS standards is essential, as you will research booking activities, resolve discrepancies, and drive financial Key Performance Indicators.
  • 5+ years of professional experience (BS/BA in business, finance, or related field preferred).
  • Consistently demonstrates leadership qualities to drive positive organizational results.
  • Experience with process improvement, digitalization, project management or similar functions.
  • Analytical skills, with ability to apply problem solving techniques, creativity, and critical thinking to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work with business analytics tools, conduct data analysis and recommend solutions.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel required; PowerApps preferred) and SAP
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and work with all organizational levels.
  • Preferred 1+ years of experience within Lifecycle Organization (Customer Service).
