Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting the Manager in the safe, efficient, and profitable daily operations of the Service Center including shop floor, office personnel, and logistics.

Required Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED required, Associates Degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year people management experience
• Minimum 1 year experience working with Customer Service, Budgets, Inventory Control, Logistics and warehouse functions

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• 1 year bath enclosure experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office, Oracle

Job Responsibilities:

• Train employees on JSA’s and JSP’s
• Cover in the absence of any Team Members due to vacations or any other time away
• Communication with customers and processing credit card transactions
• Assist with onboarding of future new hires
• Help with DOT needs of our drivers and equipment
• Budgets
• Inventory Control
• Logistics
• Warehouse functions
