Job Description

A service delivery manager, you'll be part of a dynamic and international team with many growth and learning opportunities.

Your main duties will be:

• Be the customer single point of contact for any project related subjects.
• Be responsible for the professional services projects in terms of budget, customer satisfaction, SLA compliancy, service continuity, team members motivations.
• Identify trends that could lead to problems, initiate root cause analysis and take preventive measures.
• Evaluate service team risks, identify and execute risk mitigation actions.
• Conform to the project prioritization, identify and assign resources on service activities.
• Provide consolidated management reporting to the customer, steering. committee and Netcompany-Intrasoft management on the services delivered.
• Play a key role in add on sales with Sales & Delivery Management team.

Qualifications

If you have:

• A bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in ICT services
• Background experience with the European institutions 
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Real team player.
• You can handle stress very well and work well under pressure.
• As a manager, you keep the overall view and dig easily into details when needed.
