Transfer Services Staff Assistant Opportunity
Tallahassee State College (TSC), recently recognized as one of the Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges for 2025, is excited to announce a part-time opportunity for the position of Transfer Services Staff Assistant with the Transfer Services Department. We are seeking a dedicated professional who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant workplace community.
What You’ll Do
The Transfer Services Staff Assistant will assist staff in the Transfer Services Office by welcoming all guests to the office; conducting individual and family tours; answering phone calls and email inquiries; providing clerical support; assisting with event set-up; and creating content for social media.
Work schedule: Up to 25 hours per week. Flexible schedule during the hours of 8-5, Monday – Friday.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
