The Role

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Provider Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and placing behavioral healthcare providers such as Mental Health Counselors, Clinical Social Workers, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Care Managers, and other medical professionals. As a Healthcare Provider Recruiter, you will play a critical role in helping aptihealth reach it’s staffing and growth needs with exceptional talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a healthcare provider recruiter, with a strong track record of successful placements.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare roles, qualifications, and certifications.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ethical and professional conduct with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Hybrid: Saratoga Springs, NY / Remote: Must be comfortable working Eastern Standard Time to align with existing teams

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of the healthcare labor market to identify trends and potential candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, Mental Health Counselors, Clinical Social Workers, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Care Managers, and allied medical professionals
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain healthcare providers.
• Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors to understand their staffing needs and deliver high-quality candidates who match their requirements.
• Negotiate and finalize employment offers, contracts, and compensation packages.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to healthcare staffing.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide an excellent candidate experience by guiding candidates through the recruitment process and addressing their questions and concerns.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000
