How will you make an impact in this role?
U.S. Consumer Co-Brand Finance analyzes and provides decision support for new product launches, deal negotiations, product investment, and pricing. This role will support our largest Co-Brand in AXP, namely Delta. The Manager for Delta Portfolio will be responsible for maintaining & renegotiating current partnerships, as well as ensuring continued success and optimizing our portfolio and partnership. This person will provide thought leadership and deep analytics in crafting the product line strategy to strengthen our competitive position in the U.S. to drive growth for Delta portfolio.
- Partner across Finance and the Business to evaluate deal scenarios and profitability impacts of product changes
- Provide thought leadership on product economics to provide actionable recommendations to influence business strategy
- Support Senior Leadership on key strategic areas
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent business acumen, strategic thinking, and broad vision of long-term growth of the business
- Goal-orientated self-starter and proactive business person in a finance role
- Excellent communicator able to deliver messages in a compelling fashion and craft materials to deliver complex content in a linear fashion
- Effective execution of concepts and strong project management, balancing long term/short term impacts, multiple priorities and customers
- Detailed knowledge of financial planning, controllership and analysis techniques including cash flow/NPV modeling
- Build and leverage relationships across teams and collaborate across a wide network of matrix relationships
- 2+ years of experience in Lumi/SQL
- 5+ years of relevant Finance experience
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative, technical, or business field (e.g., Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline).

Minimum Qualifications
Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
