Supervisor Barista (Fulltime)

About the role
Are you an experienced barista with leadership skills? As Supervisor Barista, you lead the barista team, ensure the quality of every cup, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

What you will do

• Lead the daily operations of the coffee bar.
• Train and motivate baristas and ensure standards are followed.
• Introduce new coffee specialties and recipes.
• Manage inventory and place orders.
• Follow up on guest feedback and implement improvements.
• Report to the Bar Manager or F&B Manager.
  
  

Your profile

• 2–3 years of experience as a barista, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Excellent knowledge of coffee, brewing methods, and latte art.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and results-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Dutch is a plus.
