Certified Pool Operator (CPO)

We are seeking a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) to become an integral part of our team! The ideal candidate will have great customer service, communication and leadership skills and is able to maintain and develop relationships with clients. Must be responsible, hands on, able to multitask and train others.


Available Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.

Requirements

Responsibilities:
-Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
-Must possess excellent customer service skills.
-Must have a valid driver’s license and personal means of transportation.
-Must have knowledge of pool safety regulations and procedures.
-Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions.
-Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
-Must be able to respond to emergency situations in a timely manner.
-Must be available to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
-Must have a friendly and outgoing personality.
-Ability to identify service projects.
-Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
-Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications.
-Potential for Long Term Employment.

Qualifications:
-Must have CPO.
-Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
-Must have reliable transportation.
-Previous management experience in a pool facility preferred.
