Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for excellent delivery on their assigned piece of business; they will own a growing book of accounts and will manage SOW’s, workstreams, deadlines for campaigns across a variety of mediums.

Senior Project Managers are great communicators and motivators with an innate ability to “get things done.” The Senior Project Manager manages all aspects of the project life cycle from concept to delivery and must be intimately familiar with the roles played by each department such as Copywriting, Design, Editorial, Print Production, Quality Assurance, Studio, Technology, and User Experience.

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

What you’ll do:

  • Understands how to balance timing and accuracy in a fast-paced environment in the development of portfolio and work plans for long term goals

  • Has a firm grasp on the big picture

  • Consistently maintains proactive approach to large scale projects and overall portfolio

  • Solid knowledge of promotional and medical education execution strategies, program mix, technologies, and promotional channels to deliver quality solutions that address client and internal  needs

  • Demonstrates mastery of personal time management, able to prioritize brand work and enthusiastically accept additional initiatives for the advancement of department or agency

  • Able to advise PC and PM on best practices to properly organize their own daily responsibilities, and how to properly triage and disseminate project tasks throughout the day

What you should have:

  • 4-8 years of Project/Program Management or relevant experience

  • A demonstrated track record of leading medium to large scale products from conception through completion

  • Proficient in creating timelines and tracking progress against schedules

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with technical and non-technical teams across multiple businesses; excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working on Agency of record healthcare projects/accounts for pharma brands necessary

Pay Range: $110,000.00-$140,000.00

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.  Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
