Technical Consultant – ArcGIS (Mission-Focused)

You`ll collaborate with a network of technical experts, architects, and problem solvers who are passionate about advancing geospatial capabilities in mission driven communities.&nbsp;</p> <p>Esri has a Relocation Assistance Program and can provide support with relocating to the Redlands, CA area for this position.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with customers and partners to identify, design, and certify key GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform</li> <li>Provide platform configuration guidance and best practices to customers regarding innovative solutions using Esri technology and content to help them make better decisions</li> <li>Identify the value of location within customer workflows and drive substantial return on their investment in Esri's enterprise platform and services</li> <li>Recommend relevant strategies, architectures, and solutions and work with customers to prepare implementation and migration strategies</li> <li>Present complex GIS technical demonstrations to various levels of staff in a diverse range of customer organizations</li> <li>Collaborate with customer IT organizations to align their technical objectives and business goals with Esri's technology enterprise</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of professional experience in a similar position, supporting similar responsibilities</li> <li>Professional experience designing, implementing, and/or administrating enterprise GIS solutions/systems that leverage the ArcGIS platform (Desktop, Server, and Online)</li> <li>Proven experience leveraging Esri's software capabilities including mapping, field operations, spatial analysis and data science, 3D visualization and analytics, data management, and developer APIs</li> <li>Pro-actively craft and propose solutions that clarify how GIS brings business value to address critical business challenges faced by customers, specifically in the Intelligence domain</li> <li>Proven experience wi
