Job Description

As a seasoned Business Systems Analyst on this project, you will be responsible for team initiative, analysis, strategy development, implementation, training, and adoption. You‘ll partner with cross-functional go-to-market, finance, operations, IT, and product teams. Along the way, you’ll increase team agility, improve savings, and accelerate business by identifying improvements to processes and systems. 

About the team

The Logic20/20 Digital Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients’ toughest business challenges. You’ll work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.

• You demonstrate excellent judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• You’re comfortable communicating and building relationships with senior executives.
• You’re a pro at investigating data issues, performing deep-dive data research, and proposing and executing solutions.
• Your analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities are no less than exceptional.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong consensus-building skills between business and technology partners
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a consulting environment
• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting user stories for software implementation projects and/or technical solutions
• Experience working with a development team and conducting end-to-end testing
• Proficient with various requirements and project management tools
• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall projects, throughout a full SDLC
• Undergraduate degree in business or technology
• Experience with AWS or cloud custom development solution end-to-end is highly preferred

Additional Information

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

Tenneessee state base compensation range: $80,000 - 105,000 dependent on experience.
