What does a work environment look like at Vouch?

 

Vouch is a Virtual First Workplace with San Francisco and Chicago office locations. While this role has remote-work flexibility, this role will need to be based at an epicenter of our events: San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York City. This role will typically work through our core collaboration hours (8:30 am-2:30 pm Pacific Time) but may attend after-hours client & networking events.

 

Role Responsibilities: 

The Field Marketing Associate will support the Vouch sales team in driving and capturing demand for our products and services amongst founders, finance, legal, and operations leaders at mid-market+ tech companies.

Working alongside the rest of our demand gen, product marketing, brand, and partnerships teams, they will ensure Vouch is present and driving conversations in key ecosystems throughout the industry.

The ideal candidate is driven, organized, personable, and passionate about technology and startups. They must be able to catalyze action internally and externally, engaging professionally with everyone from venue event coordinators to some of the most well-regarded voices in tech.

Job Duties: 

• Create and execute on campaign plans that contribute to pipeline goals for Scale 
• Work closely with sales to set calendars and create field marketing touchpoints with target clients
• Own marketing campaign process from promotions to follow-ups
• Manage deliverables and track progress to ensure projects are delivered on time
• Secure and coordinate communications with venues, speakers, partners, and SMEs
• Represent marketing in internal pipeline reviews, speaking to progress, upcoming activities, and new proposals
• Report on campaign results and key insights/learnings

 

About you:

• 3+ years of field marketing experience
• Experience with CMS and other sales/marketing platforms (SFDC, Hubspot, etc.)
• Proficient with top social media platforms (Twitter & LinkedIn)
• Extremely well-organized and proactive
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Open to event travel (up to 20%)

 

Nice to have:

• Exposure to and passion for early-stage startups and/or high-growth environments
• A background in insurance or other regulated categories

Salary Range:

The pay range for this role is: $75,000 to $90,000 total per year.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits and other perks. We also include stock options in all compensation packages and believe all Vouch employees should have the opportunity to become owners in the company.

Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, location, and business need. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
