Senior PMO Analyst

<h2><u>Job Description</u></h2><p>We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior PMO Analyst to make a difference at Kraft Heinz in our Benelux team in our office in Amsterdam!</p><p><br/>As the Senior Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst will be responsible for managing multiple cross-functional projects across all areas of the business. The ideal candidate will have experience in working on sophisticated initiatives within a fast paced environment, have strong communication skills and be able to manage competing priorities effectively.</p><p></p><p><b>What's on the menu?</b></p><ul><li><b>Execute complex projects </b>by engaging stakeholders across the business</li><li><b>Provide strategic guidance and partnership</b> to leadership on how to address challenges and accelerate project timelines</li><li><b>Lead IR &amp; Board Review sessions</b> and <b>prioritize project requests</b> based on strategic importance and "size of prize"</li><li><b>Allocate resources to projects</b> and maintain project tracker to reflect project resourcing and weekly progress</li><li>Coordinate with Business Leaders from Brand Category to <b>understand category priorities</b> and forward-looking project pipeline</li></ul><p><br/><b>A recipe for success: Applied now if this sounds like you!</b><br/>· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent relevant work experience.
