Talent Acquisition Coordinator (On-Site) - Full-time Days (East Los Angeles)

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition function across the California and other PMH Regions. Partners with Talent Acquisition and HR leadership to update, maintain, and problem solve issues with the Applicant Tracking System and talent acquisition process.  Generates a wide range of recruitment reports and metrics and provides analysis and recommendations based on themes in data.

 

Ensures job requisitions are assigned to appropriate job category and recruitment staff. Ensures data integrity through audit checks and by building/adhering to admin standards. Provides ad hoc reports as requested by the Talent Acquisition Director. Monitors and posts internal and external job postings. Analyzes themes in data errors and advises resolutions. Identifies potential FLSA and compensation discrepancies. System used: Taleo, Linkedin, ZipRecruiter, Careerbuilder, Broadbeam|• Monitors the full-cycle Healthcare Source Applicant Assessment and Reference Assessment Process; identifies obstacles, red flags, discrepancies and resolves issues using judgement to determine potential risk. Systems Used: HealthcareSource Reference Assessment and HealthcareSource Applicant Assessment|• Reviews and approves all job offer letters ensuring format, spelling, salary/pay scale, location, department, management, and grammar are all correct. Informs recruiters of edits that need to be made in a timely manner. Ensures appropriate regulatory and internal policy language is used to reduce risk to the organization. Systems Used: Taleo, Ceridian|• Monitors the PAF process for offers, identifies obstacles, and helps to resolve issues. Provides daily and weekly reports as updates occur, providing analysis; themes of issues based on data. Systems Used: FastFlow, Ceridian|• Researches and analyzes issues/processes to problem-solve, identify training opportunities. Coordinates recruitment/interview events. Provides external and internal customer support via email and phones. Covers workload of ATS Analyst in their absence, including backup trainer. Assists with other related duties and ad hoc projects as assigned. Coordinates and provides training for new staff members. Provides technology and process updates to staff as needed. System Used: Ceridian

 

One (1) year of experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Three (3) years of experience working in a recruitment-related role

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload

• Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

• Computer literacy and proficiency• Prior Human Resource experience in a Healthcare setting

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

 

Preferred:

Prior experience with Oracle Cloud ATS and/or HRIS

Bachelor's Degree
 

PHR Certification

 

Pay rate:  Min - 23.27  Max - 32.00
