Responsibilities

OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY – Global

 

The Financial Analyst I participates in routine financial, operational or program specific projects with moderate supervision. Projects may include preparing and analyzing reports, analyzing program specific objectives and developing ad-hoc reports using a variety of system resources. Assists with the maintenance of systems or a focus on specific projects related to but not limited to budgets, cost accounting, revenue management, profitability, productivity, service line review and program specific initiatives.

 

OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY – Operating Budget

 

The Financial Analyst I for Operating Budget is responsible for activities related to planning, preparation, and execution of the operating and key statistic budgets for the designated campus as well as reporting on monthly performance against the budget plan. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to perform project related financial analysis with moderate supervision, increase financial acumen of operating partner teams through education and communication efforts, and understanding of key business lines for the assigned campus.

 

Qualifications

REQUIRED 

Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Public Health or Healthcare Administration or similar field Required

Minimum 0 years of experience.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Experience using Excel.

Good financial analysis, technical and data skills.

Strong professional communication skills needed to work with cross-functional teams

PREFERRED

Decision support or financial analysis experience.

Experience with decision support products.

Knowledge of writing queries in Access application and SQL or other advanced system languages.

Work Hours:

9AM-5PM
