This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-growth stablecoin business within a crypto-native company. You will be at the forefront of the industry, supporting our work with some of the largest, most complex traditional financial institutions as they enter the digital asset space and develop innovative stablecoin-based products for their clients.
As a critical team member, you will serve to streamline our team's operations, coordinate key activities, and project manage important initiatives. Your role is essential to ensuring the stablecoin business runs efficiently and effectively as we scale. You will support the Head of Stablecoins and business line leads as they engage with clients, execute on the strategic direction of the business, and collaborate with partners across the company. Technical Skills:

• Execute on the strategic direction of the business, demonstrating motivation and a hunger to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Oversee projects and processes that are essential for the business to scale effectively and support complex financial institutions.

• Work closely with the Head of Stablecoins and business line leads to support client engagement and strategic execution.
• Partner with teams across the company to advance business objectives.
• Serve as a critical team member responsible for ensuring the stablecoin business runs effectively.
• Successfully project manage and complete key initiatives.

Communication and Influence:

• Support senior leadership by understanding their needs and the requirements of their client engagements and strategic goals.
• Act as an essential team member by coordinating activities and supporting leads in executing the vision for the business.

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

• 2+ years of experience in a top-tier analytical role such as management consulting, investment banking, or business operations in a high-growth startup.
• Exceptional communication and synthesis skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear messages and compelling presentation decks for leadership and external partners.
• Proactive and autonomous operator with a proven ability to take ownership, manage projects independently, and exercise strong judgment to solve problems or escalate issues.
• High proficiency in core business tools, particularly mastery of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) for analysis and slide decks (PowerPoint, Google Slides) for presentation.
• A genuine interest in the digital asset space combined with the intellectual curiosity and adaptability required to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
