Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Repair Coordinator/Negotiator to oversee and negotiate repair costs, coordinate service requests, and ensure timely completion of repairs. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage repair requests from clients, tenants, or vendors.
• Review repair estimates and negotiate costs to ensure fair pricing.
• Communicate with contractors, service providers, and internal teams to schedule repairs.
• Track repair progress and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain records of all repair transactions, including estimates, approvals, and payments.
• Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for savings and efficiency.
• Address and resolve repair-related disputes or escalations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in repair coordination, property management, insurance claims, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to analyze repair estimates.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and repair management software (if applicable).
• Knowledge of repair processes, contractor pricing, and vendor management is a plus.
