Job Description
The Director of Business Development for REDACTED℠ (a brand of IDIQ) is responsible for driving strategic growth and expanding enterprise partnerships for IDIQ’s executive identity protection solutions. This role leads revenue generation initiatives across multiple verticals, increasing adoption of REDACTED’s concierge-level identity protection services for high-risk individuals, including C-suite executives, senior leaders, and high-net-worth individuals.
The Senior Business Development Manager serves as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers, positioning REDACTED’s comprehensive protection model—which includes proactive threat assessments, layered security protections, continuous monitoring, and full-service identity resolution delivered through dedicated Identity Intelligence Officers.
This role develops and executes strategic sales plans, leveraging executive relationships to secure enterprise agreements with organizations seeking to offer REDACTED services to their executives, employees, or customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain deep knowledge of the REDACTED product suite, competitive landscape, and industry trends related to identity protection, executive risk, and credit monitoring to effectively position solutions in the market.
- Develop and execute a targeted market strategy designed to achieve revenue goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), aligning sales efforts with overall business development objectives.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and social selling, with a focus on organizations serving high-risk executives and high-net-worth individuals.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to organizations and senior decision-makers, clearly articulating the value and benefits of REDACTED’s executive identity protection services.
- Manage and track a robust sales pipeline using CRM software (Zoho) and established processes while cultivating strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders to secure and maintain enterprise agreements.
- Lead contract negotiations, address client objections, and finalize agreements to meet or exceed sales targets, including processing orders through completion with executed contracts and payment.
Additional Responsibilities
- Able to handle and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive consumer information in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.
- Must follow all company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and protection and data loss prevention.
- Regular and predictable attendance is required.
- Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
