Location: San Diego - Del Mar

Compensation Range: $68,640-$75,000 annually

What You Will Do:

• Lead a high-performing team: Recruit, train, and mentor staff while promoting accountability, resilience, and a passion for Fjällräven's mission
• Drive store performance: Optimize sales, manage expenses, and ensure profitability through strategic planning and data analysis
  
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences: Foster a welcoming atmosphere that connects guests to nature through knowledgeable service and premium brand representation
  
• Manage operations: Oversee daily operations, compliance, scheduling, inventory, and visual merchandising
  
• Build community connections: Organize and participate in local events that promote sustainability and align with Fjällräven's values

 WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead all retail store operations, its financial success, team, and community development. Ensure metrics align with core values. Provide exceptional guest experience through education and brand building.

Requirements for the Role:

• At least 2 years of retail leadership experience
• Proven success in achieving sales and operational goals
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for sustainability and the outdoors
• Ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
