Business Data Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to support our Sales Operations team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing insights to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. Desire to learn quantitative and qualitative analytics skills are required to be successful. With Integrity’s rapid growth, the duties for this role are continuously expanding with an abundance of growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover insights and trends. Develop root cause analysis of data source and reporting functions. Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to present findings.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business objectives and drive growth.
- Translate complex data into understandable and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and monitor business performance.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing data validation processes and identifying discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and finance to support data-driven decision making.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and methodologies.
Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or related role, with a track record of delivering actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Alteryx, or other programming languages for data analysis.
- knowledge of statistical techniques and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Highly motivated problem solver with the ability to think critically.
- Self-starter with an innate curiosity and drive to understand data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with large datasets and databases.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
