Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Business Partner and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our fulfillment and distribution centers. In this strategic position, you will be at the heart of nurturing a high-performance culture, influencing thousands of associates each year. As a key player in employee engagement, you'll collaborate closely with an innovative team, reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager. Your mission will be to guide and inspire the next generation of Supply Chain associates, making data driven decisions and fostering authentic relationships to support a world-class work environment.

• Build and maintain genuine relationships with business leaders and associates, understanding their needs and aiding in the creation of a world-class work environment.
• Lead the flawless implementation of HR programs and policies, ensuring operational excellence.
• Innovate the HR strategy to align with evolving business objectives, collaborating closely with partners to drive success.
• Develop internal and external support systems, leveraging partnerships and tools to maximize resources and create innovative solutions.
• Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning, working with operational leaders to put plans into action.
