About Us - Cardiac Medical Unit (CMU)

• The cardiac medical unit is a 35-bed department consisting of multidisciplinary teams of RNs, LPNs, nurse technicians, and ancillary staff. We work together to provide compassionate patient care for stroke and dialysis patients. 

• CMU serves Freeman and our community as the designated stroke floor to help maintain a Level II Stroke Accreditation. 

• We serve a population of hemodynamically stable neuro-medical and renal patients.

What You’ll Do

Under the direction/supervision of a nurse, provides basic nursing care needs for assigned patients.

Requirements

Active Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
