What You Bring:

• Leadership experience in automotive sales or F&I preferred

• Accurately process all purchase paperwork and meet compliance standards.

• Submit deals, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding items.

• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency

• Solid communication and people skills—you know how to build trust

• Comfortable with numbers, paperwork, and digital systems (ADP, banking platforms, etc.)

• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain required licensing within 90 days
