What you’ll build

Working within Concur (SAP’s Travel and Expense management solution), this role supports our Sales Development function and team members. Put simply, our Marketing teams define integrated programs to engage our prospects, and these contacts are handed off to Sale Development reps to further qualify, before handing over to our sales team. There is a great deal of data work and processes that make that whole process run smoothly, and it is that data and process that is the focus of this role. This includes providing Salesforce database management, ensuring contacts are accurate and up to date and that leads are processed effectively

 

 

Responsibilities include:

• CRM (Salesforce) data maintenance and troubleshooting
• Research and update salesforce account and contact records to keep them fresh and relevant.
• Support of MDR territory planning.
• Lead process analysis and optimization via reporting.
• Marketing Leads processing and allocation in line with SLA’s
• Identify and troubleshoot process issues, for instance in use of tools like Outreach.
• Ad hoc projects (e.g. cleansing event responses, invite prospects to events

 

 

What you bring:

• Strong experience with Salesforce (and ideally Outreach.io)
• Understanding of core SDR processes and tools
• Analytical mindset with data driven approach to decision making
• Experience with Microsoft Office, and mid/advanced experience with Excel

• Language skills - English (Mandatory) and French or Dutch (nice to have)

Working within Concur, SAP’s core Travel and Expense management solution, you will support a Team spanning the UK, Netherlands, Nordics and France. You will also exchange idea’s and best practices with other SDR’s Teams across EMEA, and work alongside marketing colleagues to support effective pipeline creation.
