Summary

The Business Systems Analyst Level III will have knowledge of database concepts and will work closely with the Software Engineering team, Client Services, Sales and Manufacturing stakeholders on medium to large scale projects to ensure the work delivered satisfies requirements, timelines and ODS quality standards. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Refine and document business, technical and manufacturing requirements 
• Create end to end test plans, conditions, and expected results for a given project 
• Facilitate discussions and manage priorities using Kanban to ensure milestone dates are met by the various stakeholders 
• Perform analysis of data to identify issues and defects using SQL. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required. 
• Demonstrated experience (3-5 years, on average) performing BSA duties  
• Experience in delivering medium to large-sized projects 
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills. 
• Solid understanding of all ODS departments, workflows, business processes and our industry 

Working Conditions

Office / Sedentary Requirements 

Must be able to perform the essential job duties.  Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each work day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
