In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership, innovation, and oversight for the analytics products to inform and develop insights and strategies for operational and business initiatives. What our VP, Analytics Products Will Do 

• Lead a team of product managers who are focused on building data and analytics products
• Manage the evolution of the analytics products - what we should build, why, and what's the market for this (no one that currently does this)
• Build and manage the roadmap for the analytics products
• Ensure that the product team, in close coordination with the engineering team, is delivering on the roadmap; on-time and with features/capabilities as scoped
• Size and scope growth opportunities, which should include a business case, a path to growth, an implementation plan, and stakeholder buy-in; 
• Strengthen customer segmentation and targeting by leveraging advanced analytics to drive performance and brand marketing strategies; 
• Direct data science projects to solve complex data challenges and opportunities; 
• Create and deliver impactful presentations for mid-level and senior-level audiences; 
• Manage resources to ensure strategic and operational objectives are met; 
• Identify opportunities to use predictive analytics to drive efforts around customer experience and marketing efforts; 
• Develop advanced capabilities in AI and direct the effective integration of predictive analytics and machine learning into our analytics approach; 
• Prioritize key customer & provider journeys based on an analytics framework to drive maximum business value. 

 Who We Are Looking For 

• Must have built and shipped analytical products; must be deeply familiar with the latest quantitative analysis techniques and have a track record of deploying them at scale to solve business problems
• 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, while managing multiple team members across multiple products
• 15+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
• Highly skilled at coaching and growing teams
• Proven track record of execution and delivery
• Data and analytics experience in insurance domain 
• Travel: 25%-40%
