Job Summary

The Sr. Director, Strategic Programs leads Sentara Enterprise behavioral health' Clinical Services transformation and is charged with creation of the approach to solve complex business problems as well as plan and oversee execution of growth, innovation initiatives, large scale strategic projects. This role will serve as the primary liaison with Sentara Health Care Senior Leadership working through strategic planning and implementation of Sentara Health Plan clinical initiatives. The incumbent will support the team in applying an iterative, design thinking process and customer-centric design to solve complex problems in business planning, process improvement, technology and will liaison with the Health Plan, the process improvement department, the health plan project management office, the network management team as well as external partners or potential partners.

Minimum 5 years Health Plan experience, or Design-Thinking, Business Process Design, or Six Sigma

Master's level degree required.
