Theia Health is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO and CTO, freeing up their time to focus on high-leverage tasks such as sales, fundraising, and product development. This is a dynamic and adaptive position that requires problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs. From managing inboxes and setting up partner accounts to optimizing social media and providing customer support, you will be involved in a wide range of operational tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for automation using AI tools, ensuring efficient workflows.
Responsibilities for this role include:
📧 Managing and organizing CEO and CTO inboxes.
🤝 Assigning tasks and following up on important communications.
🤖 Identifying opportunities for automation and implementing AI tools.
📱 Optimizing and posting on social media platforms, including video editing using AI tools.
📞 Answering customer support tickets and providing timely assistance.
📚 Creating FAQ articles and knowledge base resources.
🔍 Finding opportunities to automate and streamline workflows.
The onboarding process at Theia Health is designed to be adaptive and hands-on. You will have the opportunity to dive into the role, taking ownership of tasks and finding solutions independently. The team at Theia Health is looking for someone who can figure things out and take initiative. Training and support will be provided as needed, with an emphasis on learning on the job and quickly becoming familiar with the company's operations.
This is a full-time role with working hours from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm EST.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you need:
- 3+ years of proven experience in managing inboxes
- 2+ years of strong calendar organization skills
- 3+ years of experience in CRM managem
