We count on you for: 

 

• Provide support to production to ensure that product is running within SOP/PCD and to the desired quality standards.
• Assist in maintaining control of process metrics to ensure processes are in control
• Plays lead technical role to ensure that process safety obligations are met include maintaining of safety file, participate in PHAs, MHAs, MOCs, PSSR’s etc.
• Participate in visible safety leadership activities. 
• Provide technical leadership to Production Engineers and collaborate with Quality Engineers, Process Engineers and operations team to respond to all operation issues, and systemic quality issues.
• Assist Production Unit Managers at critical moments in order to realize production plans and ensure troubleshooting when necessary
• Maintain and update all control documents such as SOP’s, MSOP’s, WI’s, recipes, visual Inspection, etc. 
• Maintain recipe effectiveness metric, BOMs, scrap, yield, and other aspects of product configuration
• Recommend SOP, BOM and recipe changes to production engineers to ensure operation runs to plan while minimizing quality issues.
• Leads continuous improvement activities through the use of lean and various engagement tools (including kaizen, workout, 6S, etc.)
• Take corrective action to address process deviations and identify root cause to prevent recurrence
• Must have knowledge of navigating ERP systems (current system, SAP)
• To analyze and improve current processes, to manage the industrial and manufacturing excellence projects, and to ensure process safety and product quality within the unit, in order to ensure the competitiveness and sustainability of the production process of the unit.

 

 

You will bring:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or equivalent with 5-10 years of manufacturing experience
• Strong leadership ability with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $80,560 to $100,700 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
