Fanatec, Senior Supervisor Warehouse

<p><strong>Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for executing the daily shipping &amp; receiving tasks including but not limited to: </li> <li>Material Shipments &amp; Receipts </li> <li>Order picking and packaging </li> <li>Inventory Management </li> <li>Email/Phone Communication </li> <li>Carrier tracking and pick up/delivery planning            </li> <li>Organize the workload to ensure high output and consistency throughout the team and performance is in-line with department goals. </li> <li>Coordinate daily activities for the WH Leads to ensure all teams are in sync.</li> <li>Informs WH Manager of any staff issues including, attendance, complaints and conflicts. </li> <li>Manage and organize the resourceplanning in line with budget and workload</li> <li>Manage and organize all shipping &amp; receiving documentation, in-line with audit compliance. </li> <li>Support quarterly and end of Year Physical Inventory counts including coordinating the count sheets, distributing the sheets to the counters, collecting and logging count sheets, supporting WH Managers needs.</li> <li>Support documention requests from finance for audit purposes. </li> <li>Particepates in new hire interview process and provides input on best candidates. </li> <li>Responsible for training and integration of new hires. </li> <li>Responsible for supplying designated daily/weekly processing reports to manager.   </li> <li>Ensures compliance with Corsair Code of Ethics &amp; Business Conduct Guidelines, Purchasing Policies &amp; Procedures, and Legal &amp; Ethical business practices as well as Operating Procedures.</li> </ul> <p><span><strong>Essential Skills and Experience:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>3-5 years of Shipping &amp; Receiving, production and inventory control experience</span></li> <li><span>3-5 years experience in team leadership role </span></li> <li><span>Data driven, able to translate data to shopfloor</span></li> <li><span>Experience with major E-tailer/Retailers like Amazon, BestBuy and Frys</span></li> <li><span>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team and management </span></li> <li><span>Demonstrated professionalism in working with management and suppliers</span></li> <li><span>Ability to motivate and build teamwork and moral </span></li> <li><span>Ability to design, create and maintain SOP’s, ensuring they’re always up-to-date</span></li> <li><span>Proficiency in Excel, ability to create reporting and visualization of data</span></li> <li><span>Willingness to work, nights, weekends and occasional holidays if the business needs it</span></li> <li><span>Experience with UPS, FedEx and Inernational shipment transactions</span></li> <li><span>Experience with ERP systems; Oracle 12 knowledge is a plus</span></li> <li><span>Certified (or willing to become certified) for driving MHE (EPT, FL Truck, Reach Truck)</span></li> </ul> <p></p> <span>Welcome to Fanatec, the ultimate destination for sim racing enthusiasts!
