Senior Manager - Marketing

Overview

Titan Machinery is seeking a strategic and driven Senior Manager – Marketing to lead high-impact campaigns and manage the day-to-day operations of our Marketing Team. This role is key to aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives across all our business segments, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution, collaborating with internal teams and OEM partners to drive brand growth and optimize performance.
• Oversee marketing project management, prioritizing requests, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, and business objectives.
• Manage and develop the creative team, providing leadership, feedback, and support for signage planning, content creation, and internship programs.
• Enhance brand presence and engagement by delivering consistent, compelling content across digital, print, in-store, and broadcast channels while upholding brand standards.
• Support strategic marketing initiatives, partnering with the Director of Marketing on budgeting, team development, and company-wide communication efforts.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business and 5 + years’ work related and/or related military experience,
• 3 + years’ experience managing people
• 2 + years’ experience managing integrated marketing campaigns
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically
• Ability to establish rapport, trust, confidence, and credibility with senior leadership
• Ability to manage multiple projects and keep team members on-task to hit deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience in the agricultural or construction equipment industry
