Systems Administrator (Enterprise, Tech Hub)

<p><strong>ManpowerGroup Greece</strong>, on behalf of its client, a FOREX 500 firm and international leader at its domain, is seeking for an experienced <strong>Systems Administrator</strong> to join their Enterprise Application Services Team, in their Athens Tech Hub </p><p>Workplace Location: Athens – Northern Suburbs / Hybrid Work Model (2 days remote per week) </p><p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong> </p><p>As a <strong>Systems Administrator,</strong> you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement, availability and quality of designated enterprise applications, necessary to conduct normal and expected business operations. Your main focus will be: </p><ul> <li> <strong>Windows Server Administration</strong> </li> <li> <strong>SharePoint Administration (setting up environments)</strong> </li> </ul><p>More specifically you will: </p><ul> <li>Assist in planning and organizing all work efforts ensuring best practices in the configuration, security, and operational use of the platform(s) to meet and exceed the requirements of the company </li> <li>Collaborate with vendor support and/or coworkers across IT work streams to support the company’s environments </li> <li>Maintain all applicable technical documentation </li> </ul><ul> <li>Provide assistance for operations and determination of adaptability and suitability of implementing automation with systems and procedures </li> <li>Provide support in a high paced environment with multiple demands and priorities </li> <li>Provide management with best practices and architectural recommendations around system technical architecture topics </li> <li>Ensure timely and informative communications with IT management and end-users when applicable </li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>BSc in Computer Science or similar </li> <li>4+ years of experience in systems administration &amp; support in medium to large size companies </li> <li>Experience with IIS </li> </ul><ul> <li>Experience with Microsoft Active Directory &amp; PowerShell </li> <li>Experience supporting SharePoint Architecture (OR PowerApps), on-prem or online </li> <li>A broad understanding of the tools available for analysis, systems design, programming languages, and documentation </li> <li>Strong communication skills </li> <li>Fluency in English (both written and spoken) </li> </ul><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong> </p><ul> <li>Knowledge of SQL scripting language </li> <li>ITIL certification </li> </ul><ul><li>Experience of Azure cloud concepts </li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Competitive Salary </li> <li>Standard monthly allowance in meal vouchers </li> </ul><ul> <li>Private Health Insurance &amp; Pension Plan </li> <li>Annual Bonus </li> <li>Modern working environment </li> <li>Prospects of development </li> <li>Continuous education </li> </ul>
