Organization & Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Semiconductor Test Field Applications Engineer Level 4 to join our dynamic team. As a Level 4 engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical expertise and support for our semiconductor test systems in the field. You will collaborate closely with customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of our products.

Responsibilities

•    Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, offering expert 
           guidance and support on semiconductor test systems and related applications.
•    Conduct on-site visits to customer facilities, providing hands-on assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product development
            and sales, to develop customized solutions and address customer requirements.
•    Develop and deliver technical training programs to customers, ensuring a
thorough understanding of our products and their capabilities.
•    Conduct thorough analysis of test data, identifying trends, and proposing
improvements to enhance product performance and quality.
•    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing insights
and recommendations with the team.

Basic Qualifications & Skills

•    A minimum of 10 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering, with a
focus on test systems and applications.
•    Extensive knowledge of semiconductor test methodologies, platforms, and equipment.
•    Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, and LabVIEW.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot
complex technical issues
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
collaborate with customers and internal teams.
•    Proven track record of successfully delivering technical solutions and driving
customer satisfaction.
•    Ability to travel to customer sites as needed (domestic and international).
 

Education

•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or
a related field.
