Position Summary:
The OneDigital Global Benefits Team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Leader (CSL) to oversee client delivery and relationship management for our growing Global Benefits practice. This individual will serve as the primary point of accountability for global benefits consulting engagements, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, strong retention, and consistent growth of our global portfolio. The CSL will act as a trusted advisor to multinational employers, managing complex employee benefits programs across multiple geographies and coordinating with local brokers, carriers, and vendors. They will also play a leadership role internally, while mentoring consultants, refining processes, and partnering with sales and leadership teams to expand our global capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Leadership & Retention
- Serve as the strategic relationship manager for a portfolio of multinational clients. - Lead the delivery of global benefits consulting, including insured benefits, wellness, retirement, allowances, mobility/expat programs, and compliance. - Proactively identify client needs, propose solutions, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. - Oversee renewals, negotiations, and financial outcomes to deliver measurable value.
Practice & Team Leadership
- Provide leadership and mentorship to global consultants, analysts, and support staff. - Establish best practices, workflows, and tools to ensure consistent, high-quality client delivery. - Act as escalation point for client and internal issues, ensuring timely resolution. - Partner with leadership on resource planning, staffing, and training needs.
-Work closely with the Global Benefits Practice Leader to drive revenue growth as well as improve EBITA
Growth & Business Development
- Collaborate with producers and the sales team to expand services within existing clients and pursue new opportunities. - Support RFP responses, proposals, and finalist presentations. - Contribute thought leadership and market insights to position the firm as a leader in global benefits.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with global regulations, contractual obligations, and internal standards. - Oversee revenue tracking, budgets, and profitability for assigned clients.
- Partner with global broker networks and local affiliates as well as local OneDigital offices to coordinate delivery.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in global employee benefits, consulting, or insurance brokerage. - Proven track record of leading multinational client relationships and teams. - Strong understanding of global benefits structures, compliance programs. - Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, client-centric environment. - Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional designations (e.g., CEBS, GPHR, CFA, FLMI) preferred.
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $180,000.00 to $215,000.00 per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
