About the role

Darum geht es uns:

We’re looking for you – starting right away – to join our kindergarten group with 30–39 hours per week!
Hi, and welcome! We’re littlebigFuture GmbH – an independent, non-profit provider. We like to think of ourselves as a bit of the “new wild ones” in the childcare world. And honestly? We’d love to keep it that way. Because early education needs fresh ideas, diverse perspectives and a big dose of creativity.
Because every perspective matters, our companies – including Business by Nature GmbH – bring together people with diverse skills, passions and backgrounds. Together, we work to create a place where both you and the children can feel at home, grow and thrive.

Here in Boppard-Buchholz, we run our company-based daycare center: the EPGlinos. Our facilty is more than just childcare – it’s a lively space for learning, connection and development.
At the moment, 80 children in two nursery groups and three kindergarten groups bring life into our modern and innovative  building. We work in three languages – German, English and Spanish – and we’re proud of our multilingual, multicultural spirit.
We’re also a consultation center for digital media. Which means: we use smart tools to make everyday life easier, while at the same time opening up a whole new learning world for the chidlren.

Worum geht's hier eigentlich?

Do you love working with preschoolers – outdoors in nature, while also being open to digital tools?
At EPGlinos, we bring together the best of both worlds: adventures in nature and the possibilities of modern technology. Our pedagogy is rooted in “nature-based learning” – being outdoors, exploring, experiencing, and learning sustainably. At the same time, we use digital tools meaningfully: to document children’s development, communicate openly with families, and let the children experiment creatively with monitored and age appropriate media. Always in a way that strengthens their own ideas and learning journeys.
Become part of our team and experience how inspiring pedagogy and modern tools can work hand in hand.
