This leadership role partners with the Branch Relationship Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, support branch operations, develop team members, and grow customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily branch operations and serve as branch leader in the Manager's absence.
• Coach, train, and support branch employees to achieve service and sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve customer concerns.
• Build and deepen customer relationships through needs-based conversations and      referrals.
• Open and maintain consumer and business deposit accounts.
• Accept, process, and close consumer loan applications.
• Perform Relationship Banker transactions and account servicing.
• Assist with branch scheduling, security, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Generate referrals and new business opportunities that support branch growth.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Five or more years of banking, financial services, or customer-facing experience preferred.

• Experience with deposit accounts, consumer lending, or relationship banking preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.

• Ability to obtain and maintain Notary Public and NMLS registrations.

• Strong computer, organizational, and time-management skills.
