The function spans three pillars — Financial Security, Regulatory Compliance, and Internal Control — and plays a critical role in shaping how Alma manages risk, meets its obligations, and builds a culture of compliance across the company.</p> <p>You'll report to the General Secretary and work closely with Operations, Risk, and Finance teams. This is a senior leadership role with real scope: you'll manage a team of specialists and define Alma's standards and positioning on compliance at the highest level.</p> <p><strong>This position is a CDI based in Paris.</strong></p> <h3><strong>💼 About the job</strong></h3> <p><strong>Set the direction on compliance &amp; control</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define Alma's top management position on high-stakes compliance and internal control projects impacting the whole company</li> <li>Set standards for project quality and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives</li> <li>Drive a culture of compliance by modelling and advocating compliant practices across the company</li> <li>Build consensus across the organization, fostering a shared sense of responsibility for compliance</li> <li>Represent Alma as the key point of contact with regulators and authorities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Lead the Financial Security team</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supervise the AML-CFT framework: definition, update, and accuracy of consumer and merchant risk classification</li> <li>Oversee KYB/KYC process design and implementation with Risk &amp; Ops stakeholders</li> <li>Manage escalations, STR reporting to authorities, and AML-CFT communications to the ACPR</li> <li>Define the annual AML/CFT training and awareness program
