Join our Wasilla team as a Part-Time/Flex Escrow Assistant, where you’ll support a fast-paced escrow operation and play a meaningful role in helping customers achieve homeownership.
What You’ll Do
In this entry-level role, you’ll provide essential administrative and front-office support, including:
Welcoming and assisting visitors in a professional, friendly manner
Managing a multi-line phone system and directing calls appropriately
Monitoring office access and maintaining visitor logs or appointments
Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail
Supporting escrow staff with document preparation, file organization, and appointment scheduling
Assisting with assembling transaction packages and maintaining records
What You Bring
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfort working in a structured, task-oriented environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Ability to follow procedures, interpret basic documents, and complete routine reports
Reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a customer-facing or office environment is preferred but not required
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
