Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is well-suited for veterans and separated service members.  The leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills developed during your military service will contribute to your success in this role.  Your diverse perspective and unique experiences will also strengthen our organization, fostering innovation and resilience within our team.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
12 hour straight nights (6p-6a): Wed, Thurs, Fri every other Sat

Enjoy a 4-day weekend off from work every other week!

COMPENSATION:

$30/hr - $32/hr (pay based on skillset) + $1.50 Shift premium!

$4000 retention bonus for every new hire

WHAT YOU GET TO DO AS AN ELECTRO-MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN:

• Assess and repair equipment as problems arise for the machines and the building
• Attend and participate in maintenance department and plant meetings
• Assist in capital improvement projects
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical issues
• Make repairs in a timely manner, while working under pressure
• Assist other departments with improvement projects
• Complete required forms legibly

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

• Prior Military experience strongly preferred - specifically in electronics/controls, aviation, or navy ship system knowledge
• Experience in Maintenance Mechanic/Technician or related role – with experience maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical systems
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule of up to 12-hour shifts
