As an Associate in the Digital Innovation team, you will play a crucial role in advancing ClimateTech initiatives. You will work closely with our core businesses and strategic partners to identify and execute innovative strategies that drive climate innovation. Job Responsibilities

• Research and analyze industry landscapes to evaluate new opportunities and identify emerging trends.
• Source potential investment opportunities in ClimateTech.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on investment prospects.
• Assist in negotiating partnerships and investments with ClimateTech and FinTech companies.
• Collaborate with tech and product partners to ideate potential product strategies.
• Create presentation materials for senior stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with internal functional partners and CIB business partners.
• Engage with ClimateTech/FinTech companies, VC investors, and the broader climate community.
• Participate in industry events to network and identify emerging trends.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, markets, PE/VC, startups, management consulting, or strategy in the public sector.
• Strong interest in climate and climate innovation.
• Proficiency in quantitative storytelling and financial modeling.
• Ability to develop and convey compelling value propositions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to learn quickly.
• Collaborative, creative, and execution-oriented personal style.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Experience in ClimateTech investing or product development.
• Deep knowledge of climate innovation.
