Job Description:

Principal Highway Pavement Design

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Principal Highway Pavement Design Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to Lead and deliver Highway Pavement Design for Major and Minor Transportation Projects

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and review Pavement Design for Highways and Airports
• Provide assessment of Existing Pavement Design
• Leads other Engineers and design personnel in technical excellence and growth in Pavement Design
• Apply advanced tools and techniques in Pavement Design Engineering solution
• Prepare and review technical notes related to Pavement Design and Existing pavement rehabilitation and mitigation
• Apply sustainable solution in pavement Design
• Attend technical discussions with client and relevant approval authorities
• Present and demonstrate technical solutions

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• In-depth knowledge in Pavement Design and Pavement assessment and mitigation
• Lead and coach lower level Engineers
• Technical notes and report preparation
• Full awareness of updated tool and technology and best practice
