Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys making a real impact on a global team? Do you thrive on transforming processes and delivering positive employee experiences? If so, we're looking for someone like you to join our team as a People Operations Generalist. In this role, you will help deliver our global remote onboarding and off-boarding programs, manage global HRIS data integrity in ADP and HiBob, interpret our company policies and provide support to employees, conduct regular benefits reconciliation, EEO and Non-discrimination testing, and diversify your skillset by implementing new programs and strategic initiatives.

We want you here if:

  • You've managed HRIS systems like HiBob (or similar) and ADP WorkforceNow, handling new additions, changes, and terminations with meticulous attention to detail.

  • You've owned and managed global remote onboarding and offboarding programs for team members across different countries, ensuring a seamless experience.

  • You have experience with benefits administration and reconciliation, including EDI feeds, Open Enrollment, COBRA Events, and managing Qualifying Life Events, as well as filing and reporting disability and leave requests (US, Canada, UK).

  • You've handled State/Provincial/Federal Employment Compliance Administration, including maintaining employment files and ensuring data integrity for reporting and audit purposes (EEO, Non-discrimination testing, SOC2, Tax).

  • You've demonstrated advanced proficiency in Excel or Sheets, using dynamic formulas and pivot tables to analyze data and support decision-making.

  • You've applied your knowledge of U.S. labor laws and have some familiarity with Canadian and UK HR practices to ensure compliance.

  • You've participated in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers.

  • You've worked with various stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.

  • You've navigated complex employee relations issues and provided effective resolutions, ensuring a positive employee and candidate experience.

  • You have experience with policy implementation, ensuring consistent application and communication across the organization.

What you will get to do on our team:

  • Own and manage the global remote onboarding and offboarding program, ensuring a smooth transition for all new and departing employees.

  • Handle general HR administration tasks, such as employment verifications, swag administration, and handling various employee inquiries.

  • Work cross-functionally with various departments to align HR processes with company-wide goals and objectives.

  • Leverage quantitative data from HRIS systems to identify trends and provide insights that inform strategic decisions.

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team during peak periods with recruiting for various roles across the company.

  • Collaborate with the broader People Ops team to identify opportunities for process improvement and offer scalable solutions.

What you will achieve:

  • Within 30 days: You will have met your team members and key stakeholders, begun to own the onboarding and offboarding processes, and started learning our HRIS and Payroll systems, along with employee and system updates, feeds, and automation.

  • Within 60 days: You will have taken full ownership of the benefits administration and reconciliation process and are actively contributing to daily HR operations.

  • By 90 days: You will have identified and proposed at least one process improvement to streamline a key HR function, showcasing your proactive and innovative approach to the role. You will have become a trusted resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures.
