Assembler IV - 1st Shift - $27.60/hr

Work Flexibility: Onsite

What you will do:

• Assemble components into medical devices in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures
• Perform in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished product in accordance with quality system procedures
• Maintain accurate records/documentation related to quality, work-in-progress, test results, labor (e.g., timecards)
• Report all equipment and process related problems to area supervisor including events and circumstances which could affect product quality, cost, and employee safety
• Work with engineers and technicians to resolve line issues and suggests improvements
• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime, including but not limited to weekend work
• Work in accordance with quality system procedures
• Lead and complete a minimum of one cross-functional continuous improvement idea annually
• Train and monitors performance, conformance, and productivity of one or more cells

• High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
• 3+ years manufacturing experience
