Your Key Responsibilities

• Manages the global product management of the divisions and ensures a product management approach that is close to the business.
• Coordinate all product management activities for board presentation and ensure implementation of agreed product programs.
• Steer the product management leaders of the various product groups to develop integrated business and marketing plans.
• Ensure a regular coordination with the whole value chain (R and D, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain and Logistics) on design, distribution and product specifications/changes.
• Ensure significant contributions to the development of the product marketing strategy.
• Ensure constant observation of relevant product markets (detailed competitor product analyses, competitor strategy analyses, technology, market development, etc.).

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration with technical affinity
• Automotive / Automotive Aftermarket experience preferred
• Project management and/or product management experience desired
• High level of personal responsibility, self-motivation, enthusiasm, and assertiveness with a holistic and entrepreneurial approach
• Capable of analyzing large pools of data in order to generate support for future product and sales strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interface and motivate supervise employees and other departments
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong MS Office skills
• Ability to multi-task with accuracy and effectiveness and must be well organized and always prepared.
• Able to travel up to 20%.
