What you will do…
Operational Leadership Across Business Units
Oversee second shift operations across Soup Operations and Aseptic Operations
Serve as the go-to leader for 410–500 employees on second shift, without direct reporting structure.
Communicate effectively with Business Unit (BU) leaders and influence outcomes without formal authority.
Team & Culture Development
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Be a visible, approachable leader - someone employees trust and go to for support.
Help guide temporary staff toward full-time conversion and integration.
Problem Solving & Decision Support
Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts across departments.
Support teams in making real-time decisions, especially during equipment downtime or production challenges.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and other support functions.
Ensure smooth handoffs between first, second, and third shifts.
Interpret production schedules and align labor and resources accordingly.
KPI Management
Monitor and drive performance in key areas: safety, quality, compliance, direct labor, and production attainment.
Understand and act on metrics like can output, SKU accuracy, and cost control.

What you will bring to the table… (Must Have)
H.S. Diploma or GED required.
5+ years of Operations Leadership experience
It would be great if you have…
