Banquet Server or Bartender

•  motivate On-Call Banquet server with Bartender Skills  
•  setting up banquet rooms, serving guests, and breaking down events in a timely and efficient manner
• Setup: Draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks, and putting out table centerpieces
• Service:  serving food, and clearing the tables
• Cleaning the back hall and organizing storerooms
• Setting up AM or PM break stations
• Assisting with event room setup according to meal periods and table needs
• Performing food & beverage preparation duties such as preparing condiments and brewing coffee
• Ensuring workstations are stocked
• Serving food and beverages to guest
• be available From 5am in the mornings or stay  late nights if needed
