Your role in our mission

We are looking for an Account General Manager with high energy and creativity to work with an innovative and transformative client. In this role, you will:

 

• Cultivate client relationships and be the voice of Gainwell as a trusted advisor and thought leader

• Manage the financial quality of the account
   

What we're looking for

• Five (5) years of extensive managerial and program administrative experience including responsibility for a combination of management functions such as systems development/maintenance, program planning, policy formulation, organization coordination and control, and fiscal management. 
• Three (3) years of demonstrated effective communication, organization, and prioritization skills and proven ability to direct and motivate the workforce. 
• Five (5) years of experience managing a healthcare contract with a government or private sector healthcare payer.
• Two (2) years of knowledge of Medicaid and/or Medicare statutes regulations, policies, and standards.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration/Management, or Finance from an accredited college/university. Additional qualifying experience (of M1 above) may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis, assuming four (4) years for a Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience within the past ten (10) years on a large and complex IT system that is in production. A large and complex IT system is defined as an IT system that meets all the following criteria: 
  • A solution that is accessed by at least one thousand (1,000) users at multiple locations. 
  • A solution that has a contract value of at least ten million ($10,000,000) dollars 
    
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Director within the past ten (10) years being directly responsible for activities in the following Project Management knowledge areas: scope, time, cost, human resource, risk, quality, integration and communication.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience within the past ten (10) years, supervising teams of 100 people or greater on Projects that involved large and complex IT systems as previously defined. 
  Possess and maintain a valid Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification throughout the term of this Agreement.
