$155,000.00-$224,900.00+ Annual

We’re seeking a Director of Home Health Operations to guide and oversee operations and ensure residents receive the highest quality of care. This role combines strategic leadership, regulatory compliance, and community impact.

What You’ll Do

• Direct and administer home health services in compliance with state and accreditation standards.
• Develop and evaluate policies, procedures, and home-based programs.
• Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget and report outcomes to leadership.
• Build, coach, and evaluate a high-performing team, ensuring training and continuing education.
• Act as company spokesperson and represent Lifespace at community and industry events.
• Partner with healthcare providers and referral sources to grow services.
• Handle client concerns and ensure satisfaction with care.
• Identify marketing opportunities and oversee public communications.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree. Master's degree in administration in a health-related field is preferred.
• Eight to ten years’ experience.
• Leadership experience in home health administration or healthcare services.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and accreditation.
• Proven success in budgeting, policy development, and team leadership.
