Manager, Enterprise Security

Hunting and phishing probably mean something a little different to you and you know what it means when security is "done right". You're ready to lead a team of security engineers to level-up our security game ensuring it scales with the substantial growth of our no-longer-a-startup company.

• Find opportunities to build and automate repetitive security operations through engineering and optimization

What You Should Bring With You

• The knowledge that security can always be improved and the trust in yourself to guide the team to successful implementations
• An interest in explaining things clearly that encourages collaborative problem solving
• Knowing when to do “just enough” engineering and not over architect solutions
• Comfort with SaaS applications and a working understanding or experience in securing them
• Experience responding to security incidents and the talent to guide a team in root cause determination, threat hunting and remediation
• Ability to balance a combination of people management and strategic program leadership
• The ability to hire talent, build strong relationships, mentor and coach security engineering staff
• Outstanding technology problem solving ability and root cause analysis
• A college degree or credible panache

Additional Notes

The targeted compensation range for this role is between: $130,600 USD and $185,000 USD + equity.

Our office is based in Herndon, Virginia. However, we will consider remote work for this position.
